(4) The majority of template profiles are semi hollow profiles with a tongue to tongue ratio greater than 5. The size and shape requirements are ultra-high, and a mold is needed to form the profile and achieve high quality. The mold must have sufficient strength, no deformation, no cracking, and no collapse for a long service life.
(5) Template profiles require a smooth surface, high size and shape, so it is necessary to use mold steel and strict mold heat treatment processes, implement CNC machining procedures, in order to obtain molds with high toughness, high * *, and low surface roughness.
